  • PX500 - Baseplate Applications
    The PX500 filter and baseplate is suitable for applications where the PX600 series baseplate will not fit. The 500 series baseplate is available in pre-cut carburettor patterns and also as a blank uncut baseplate for custom applications. Measuring carburettor centres: Single carb/Twin choke - Measure the distance between both choke centres or Twin carb - Measure the distance between choke #2 centre and choke #3 centre.

  • PX500 - Filter Element Applications
    Each filter element/airbox is secured to the baseplate by DZUS fasteners which allows for simple fitting and removal when servicing the filter. For off road use or extreme conditions please specify the increased efficiency 'MX' foam. Each filter element is supported internally by central mesh made from expanded galvanised steel to give not only structural strength but allows movement in the ends of the filter for fitting into tight locations.
